Our Plastic Fusion Welding System ensures strong plastic repairs, using nitrogen to increase the integrity and strength of any weld. It’s easy to use, and you can undertake a wide range of consistently top quality plastic repairs on bumpers, wheel arch liners, headlamps, wing mirror housings and other plastic parts.
The plastic fusion systems offer a complete plastic repair solution, and are suitable for all types of plastic – from welding to the chemical repair method. The integrated hot staple tacking system (included in the Plastic Fusion Pro Station) starts the repair process, with several welding solutions available to complete the job. The combination of the fusion unit and the welding strips ensures simple thermoplastics repair – with excellent result every time.
