ALU-Flatliner

Aluminium panels have become increasingly popular in vehicle manufacturing during recent years. The good news is that they’re generally quite straightforward to repair, as long as your technicians understand how aluminium behaves when it’s heated and worked on. Because aluminium panels tend to be more expensive than their steel counterparts, there’s an even more compelling argument for the economics of repairing rather than replacing them. It’s also important to have all the different repair techniques integrated into one system.

The Alu Flatliner workstation does just that, with all the different tools and methods necessary for effective repair, including hot air gun, Alumet welder, bridges, hammers, pulling bars, glue puller and a small LED PDR light.

The standard ALU-Flatliner system comes with:
