A comprehensive kit that enables the body shop to zinc plate repaired areas on body
panels and also on spotwelds and MIG welds. A method that has greater integrity than the
current practice of zinc priming. Primer, like top coat, is a paint finish and is susceptible
to chipping whereas plating doesn’t suffer from this weakness.

An electolytic Zinc coating system for all
metal surfaces, welding spots and welds,
you can now have a real Zinc plating applied
before final priming and painting. Also ideal
for spotwelds and MIG welded areas where
rust can become a problem.
The system uses mains power and includes
two different size ‘wands’ and an electrolysis
fluid to electro-plate the bare metal surface.
