A stand alone system that enables repairs to both alloy & steel body panels without the
need for a full Flatliner system and welding unit. Comprises a Flatliner short pulling bar,
adhesive, bonding feet, hammers, release wedges, etc. The system is highly portable as
it is supplied in a custom plastic case.

Unlike the Flatliner system, which requires
keys to be welded on to the panel before
pulling can take place, the Alloy Repair
System uses plastic bonding feet which are
glued to the panel. It is therefore possible
to repair damage to panels either where the
surface has been prepared or where the paint
surface has not been broken. Plastic bonding
feet are glued to the damaged area and the
dent is pulled out using the supplied Flatliner
pulling bar. Releasing solvent is used to
release the glued bonding feet, leaving the
panel ready to be refinished or the paintwork
unblemished.
