Training

Overview training is initially provided on site with purchase of the equipment however we recommend further enhanced training is given to key personnel to get the maximum benefit from the equipment and staff. It is imperative that managers, estimators, parts men and shop floor staff are trained and co-ordinated to work as a team.

We have three different training packages available:

Eco Ethos - a training and mentoring programme for bodyshops, to encourage the use of the ‘Repair NOT Replace’ mentality. This programme involves everybosy in the decision making process of body repairs - from the Estimator and Bodyshop Manager though to the Panel beaters and Fitters. The resulting culture meaning more repair work and less replacement parts, thus greater profit for the bodyshop.

Flatliner - a one day training programme for up to two technicians to demonstrate the advantages of repairing and refinishing body panels rather than replacing, thus maintaining a high standard of cost effective accident damage repair. Practical involvement and full participation by all personnel will be required to ensure the overall success of this course.
